At Myofitness, we understand that no two people are the same, so why should their approach to fitness be? We work closely with each of our clients to build unique and progressive programs to help them achieve their fitness goals.

When you begin your exercise program with Myofitness, our trainers will develop a routine designed specifically for your needs. We create our programs by factoring in your present level of fitness, long and short term goals, and the space and resources available to you in your home or office in the Pittsburgh area. Our unique method of in-home/office training gives you the power to engage your fitness program anytime you want… no fancy and expensive equipment required!

What Makes Gain Without Pain Different?

Gain Without Pain is designed for adults who want results but may be dealing with sore knees, shoulders, hips, back pain, stiffness, poor posture, low energy, or muscle loss.Instead of long, painful workouts, we train smarter with:

Slow, controlled strength training
Isometric exercises for sore joints
Corrective exercise
Flexibility and mobility
Balance and agility
Cardio and walking

No time to workout after putting in 10-14 hours in the office because of family waiting to see you after work?

Have fun working out with your family at your house. 30-45 minutes 2X’s a week is all you need. Kids 7 years and up can participate.

    Train only 2 times per week
    Work the 9 major muscle groups
    Do just 1 focused set to fatigue
    Finish most workouts in 30 minutes or less
    Add 30-minute walks 3–4 times per week
