- The group workouts are 45 minutes and I switch them up all the time for quick results and to prevent boredom.

- I include different nutrition plans to try, unlimited consulting and workout homework.

Receive one free private session, this can be shared with family members and friends no matter where they live and the workouts will be specific to your goals. The price is higher for private and semi-private sessions.

- This is the most affordable way to get in great shape, only $240/month with no contract. Do you it for FREE? Receive a free month for everyone you refer. You can workout 7 days a week for an hour if that is your goal, for only $240 a month. You would pay a trainer $2100 a month for this.

- I can do everything with this app that I can do standing right next to you.

- Another big bonus is that you can workout with me on the app any time of the day or night.

-There are 100’s of trainer apps out there, but none are custom to your goals, limitations you have and equipment you have, My app is!! None of those apps will change an exercise for you if you can’t do it, you can’t call or email those other apps, those other apps won’t do your nutrition or track it on their side of the app.

-My app will make you accountable by sending you reminders to do your workout, give you a fist bump when you set new records and will tell me when you miss a workout so I can help make you more accountable.
