FREE 2 WEEKS OF VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING
You will have to join Zoom.us and download the app.
The equipment you will need for the free two weeks are dumbbells.
The workout will include strength, cardio, and core. We will use what cardio equipment you have.
Virtually, I will teach general conditioning, which is great for people who are trying to lose weight, tone up, and get stronger.
I will teach the class 3 times a week, some in the morning and some in the evening.
The length of the workouts are 30-45 minutes.
You will follow along and do the exercises with me.
For the free 2 weeks, can you add (group) virtual training, not 1 on 1
Add one free session of 1 on 1 virtual training or partner training
Women: 5, 8, 10, 15 to start
Men: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 to start
I buy them on Craigs list and let Go, it’s a lot cheaper than online. The weight should be about 10% of your body weight.
Get one with this type of coating, it bounces a little and soft on your head if you hit yourself with it.
