Each month you will receive customized workouts tailored to your goals and fitness level. You will receive a more advanced workout every month. You will learn the names of exercise routines, the exercise mediums you will use and the scientific rational about the effect it will have on your body.
Custom Nutrition Plan
You will follow a new nutrition plan for the first 5 months. Everyones body burns calories differently, so by changing the macronutrients you eat, we will find how your body burns calories the fastest.
I will give you 5 different objective tests to do so you reach your goals much quicker.
I will give you several different cardio exercises to do, each attacks different metabolic pathways and are very quick. The longest one is 14 minutes and 30 seconds, but jacks your metabolism by 800% for 2 hours after the workout. Great for crushing fat cells and toning muscle almost instantly.
Individual Workouts with Monitoring
Most workouts will take only 30-45 minutes and burn 500-800 calories. Wear a heart rate monitor and don’t stop training until you burn 800 calories.
