    One-on-one Personal Training gives you the fitness advantage you're been looking for! Our experienced, certified trainers are experts in the field and will work with you to determine your fitness goals and create a workout plan that puts you on the fast track to the body you've always wanted!

  • Youth Fitness Class
    For youngsters age 7 - 12; exercises are modified to the ability of each athlete. Class includes performance training for all sports, sport Yoga and sport Pilates, plus nutrition guidelines, nutrition class for parents and kids, unlimited email support, and much more.

  • Group Personal Training
    Group Personal Training is affordable and efficient - you get all the benefits of one-on-one training at a fraction of the cost! Myofitness will work with your group to help you determine your goals and create the best group workouts to help you achieve them. Our Group Personal Training Programs are based on the Functional Training concept, the incredibly effective training style that is the basis of all Myofitness programs.
