  • One-on-one Personal Training
    One-on-one Personal Training gives you the fitness advantage you're been looking for! Our experienced, certified trainers are experts in the field and will work with you to determine your fitness goals and create a workout plan that puts you on the fast track to the body you've always wanted!

  • Group Personal Training
    Group Personal Training is affordable and efficient - you get all the benefits of one-on-one training at a fraction of the cost! Myofitness will work with your group to help you determine your goals and create the best group workouts to help you achieve them. Our Group Personal Training Programs are based on the Functional Training concept, the incredibly effective training style that is the basis of all Myofitness programs.   • Youth Fitness Class
    For youngsters age 7 - 12; exercises are modified to the ability of each athlete. Class includes performance training for all sports, sport Yoga and sport Pilates, plus nutrition guidelines, nutrition class for parents and kids, unlimited email support, and much more.

  • Performance Enhancement Training for Athletes
    These classes are specialized for serious athletes who are interested in improving performance and reducing the chances of injury. Like all Myofitness programs, Performance Enhancement Training utilizes the concepts of Functional Training.

  • The One Hour Fat Blast class
    You must try this eclectic fat blast workout routine. It was designed by Myofitness Personal Training and is only offered at Alexander's Athletic Club in Harmarville. It is a full body workout that combines multi-muscle exercises with multi-directional exercises that causes multi-pounds to melt away. The class is a hybrid of all fitness mediums combined: strength training, yoga, pilates and cardio.

    Any person at any fitness level, beginner or advanced can participate in this class because you choose your level of resistance. This workout recruits over 500 different muscles, burns 800 to 1000 calories an hour, its fun and uses eight different pieces of fitness equipment, like spin bikes, stability balls, bands, medicine balls, and free weights just to name a few. All exercises include some type of resistance. This type of high volume muscle recruitment is great for increasing your metabolism, strengthening your core, toning, shaping and defining your whole body.
    The One Hour Fat Blast Class can be taught to one person or to a group, and fees depend on the number of people in the class.
